reviews Samsung Galaxy Note 9 – Night mode cameras are increasingly a popular feature for mobile photography lovers. On Samsung’s line of smartphones, the special mode debuted on the Galaxy S10 line after it got software updates.
As if unwilling to predate the previous flagship, Samsung is also rolling out a software update to insert Night mode in the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9 camera applications.
To check if Galaxy S9 or Note 9 has received this update, users can go to the Settings menu, then select Software updates, and continue to download update manually (download the update manually).
Compiled from Sam Mobile, which has first made it, Night Mode in Galaxy S9 has the ability to be as good as a similar Mode on the Galaxy S10.
Just that, the site notes that Night Mode in Galaxy S9 is less consistent. Sometimes Night Mode can brighten the image in dark conditions, but not reduce the noise level.
At other times, noise is suppressed, but the brightness of the image is relatively unchanged compared to the regular photo mode.
But the experience may differ between users depending on the shooting scene.
In addition to the night mode, the Galaxy S9 and Note 9 cameras also get other features such as setting the blur level in Live Focus via the front camera and improving overall performance.
Some performance improvements are also embedded for other out-of-camera features, messaging, contacts, galleries, QR Code, and device security.
Especially for the Galaxy Note 9, the update was recently present in Germany with a 704MB file size. The possibility of new global version updates will roll out in the coming days.
