
oppo Reno Ace reviews – After rumors and teasers, Oppo finally released its latest mobile phone from the Reno series, the Reno Ace, in China this week.
Reno Ace has a feature that did not exist in the previous Reno series mobile phone, a Super VOOC fast charging with 65W power output.
Oppo claims that Reno Ace batteries are the world’s fastest battery-charging technology. The 4,000 mAh mobile phone battery is claimed to be fully charged from 0 to 100 percent in just 30 minutes.
In terms of the screen, Reno Ace carries a 6.5-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of FHD Plus and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
For photography, Reno Ace has four cameras attached to the back.
These four vertically-arranged cameras include the 48 MP (IMX586) main camera, the 8 MP Ultra-wide (116 degree FoV) camera, the 13 MP (5x hybrid zoom) telephoto camera, and the 2 megapixels as a monochrome camera.
In front of it is also a 16-megapixel selfie camera that is contained in a water-droplets-style pony design.
Snapdragon 855 Plus
Reno Ace’s performance is backed by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 Plus gaming chip, and is paired with two RAM configurations and 8 GB/128 GB of storage and 12 GB/256 GB.
Other features, as compiled from the Android Authority, include the Game Boost 2.0 for optimized gaming, NFC, and fingerprint scanners that are already embedded in the screen.
The phone is running an Android 9.0 Pie operating system that has been overlaid with the ColorOS 6.1 interface.
About the price, Reno Ace is priced at 3,199 Yuan for 8 GB RAM variant and Storage 128 GB.
Two other Reno Ace variants price at 3,399 Yuan for 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory and 3,799 Yuan for the highest variant with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of storage.
