Nokia C1 reviews – HMD Global as the trademark licensee of Nokia re-launched the mobile phone from the entry class, Nokia C1, in Kenya, East Africa on Wednesday (11/12/2019).
The smartphone is targeting users who want to switch from feature phone to smartphone, but have limited funds.
For specifications, the Nokia C1 has a 5.45-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels, which reminds us of the Nokia 1 Plus phone.
Regarding hardware, this entry-level phone is powered by a quad-core processor with a clock of 1.3 GHz with a combined 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, which can still be expanded through a micro SD card slot up to 64 GB.
Also, smartphones running with the Android 9 Go Edition OS are powered by a 2,500 mAh battery and supported by a dual SIM card slot, featuring WiFi, Bluetooth, 3.5 mm audio jack and a 2.0 microUSB port.
For photography, the Nokia C1 has been equipped with a 5-megapixel selfie camera combined with LED flash light, to assist lighting during selfie activity.
Meanwhile, the main camera located at the back also has the same resolution, which is 5 megapixels with an aperture lens of f/2.4. There is also a dedicated Google Assistant button on the left side of the phone.
Because it is an entry-level phone, this phone does not support 4G LTE and still relies on 3G connectivity.
The Nokia C1 is marketed in Kenya at the price of KES 5.99. The phone is planned to arrive in several other markets, such as Africa, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
