Sony was reportedly setting up a new smartphone, which was part of the Xperia 5 series. The Smartphone has the name Xperia 5 Plus.
Reported from the GSM Arena, information on the Xperia 5 Plus has also been circulating in the Internet. Based on leaked Itur, the Xperia 5 Plus has a display like the Xperia 5, but with a larger screen.
The Sony Xperia 5 Plus is reported to have a 6.6 inch OLED display, and is covered in a thin bezel at the top and bottom of the body. The Smartphone features two speakers on the front, and has an 8, 1mm body type.
The Smartphone has a fingerprint scanner on the right side, alongside the volume and camera keys.
On the left side is a SIM card slot, and a USB-C port at the bottom of the body. The Smartphone also features a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
For shooting, the Sony Xperia 5 Plus comes with an 8MP front-camera and rear camera four. This Smartphone predictable supported Snapdragon 865 chipset.
Furthermore, Sony is now no longer aggressive in the smartphone market. Nevertheless, the company still continues to provide services to its customers, including by releasing OS updates to Android 10 versions.
Dilansir Phone Arena, Sony brings Android 10 to four smartphones. Three of them were released by running Android 8.0 Oreo at the beginning of 2018, while the latter was present several months ago based on Android 9.
The four smartphones are the Xperia XZ3, XZ2, XZ2 Premium, and XZ2 Compact. All of these smartphones are already sure to get an OS update earlier this year.
The release of this update is done gradually. Therefore, it is possible that there is an update that can be done and some still have to wait.
Sony is predicted to release Android 10 for more smartphones, including the Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus. Both were released on February 2019, and are based on Android 9.
