The screen is equipped with a protective coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and has a 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Realme X3 SuperZoom has a dual punch-hole on the screen that is where two front cameras with Sony IMX616 are configured with 32 MP (f/2.5) and 8 MP (f./2.2) sensors as ultrawide sensors.
The device is also equipped with 4 rear cameras with a Samsung GW1 64 MP sensor (Primer, f/1.8) + 8 MP (periscope, Optical Zoom 5x) + 8 MP (Ultrawide, F/2.3, 119 degree) + 2 MP (macro, 4 CM).
The periscope lens offers 5x Optical Zoom and Digital Zoom 60x.
